How To Order

The process for having a scabbard made is pretty straightforward but does require open communication between me and the client.

I do 2-3 scabbard commissions a month, and often get booked several months in advance. When you contact me, I will let you know of my soonest available spot in the queue.

The sword will usually need to be sent to me for fitting. This makes some clients hesitant, but I have shipped and received swords from all over the world and and have't lost a sword yet. I also have a number of Albion models on hand that I can use to make scabbards for those specific models. â€‹

Once I have the word on hand, and your spot comes up in the queue, the scabbard making process usually only takes a week or two.

Pricing: rates vary depending on size, complexity of design, etc., but generally my scabbards range from between $600-$800, not including return shipping.

Note on metal hardware: I have recently begun making my own chapes and belt hardware. As I'm still refining these skills, I am limited to what I can do. I currently only work with brass and copper. I can make chapes, buckle plates, belt ends, and simple belt studs. But buckles themselves I still buy off the shelf.
